Job Responsibilities： 1.Teaching Management&Curriculum Development 1) Lead the design, implementation and optimization of the primary school curriculum system, integrating national curriculum standards with international educational concepts (e.g., PBL, STEAM), and ensuring the bilingualism, inquiry-based nature and comprehensiveness of the curriculum. 2) Develop teaching plans, syllabuses and assessment schemes, standardize teaching processes (lesson preparation, teaching delivery, homework design, examinations and evaluations), monitor teaching progress and quality, and conduct regular teaching inspections and feedback. 3) Organize curriculum research and innovation, promote the development and implementation of school-based courses and interdisciplinary projects, introduce advanced teaching resources and methods, and enhance the internationalization and adaptability of the curriculum. 4) Be responsible for the selection and management of teaching materials, ensuring they align with the school's educational positioning, curriculum standards and students' age characteristics, and coordinate the procurement, use and update of teaching materials. 2、Teaching Team Building 1) Be responsible for the recruitment, induction training, daily management and performance evaluation of Chinese and foreign teachers in the primary section, establish teacher growth files, and develop personalized career development plans. 2) Organize regular teaching and research activities (e.g., group lesson preparation,teaching seminars, demonstration classes, classroom observations and evaluations),build a cooperation platform for Chinese and foreign teachers, and promote the sharing of teaching experience and professional capacity building. 3) Guide teachers in teaching reflection and improvement, and conduct special training for weak teaching links (e.g., bilingual teaching skills, international curriculum implementation, classroom management strategies). 4) Create a positive team atmosphere, coordinate and resolve difficulties and conflicts in teachers' work, and enhance team cohesion and sense of belonging. 3.Student Academic Achievement&Development 1) Monitor students' academic performance, organize phased assessments (unit tests,midterm/final exams, international curriculum assessments), analyze assessment data,and put forward suggestions for teaching improvement. 2) Pay attention to students' individual differences, promote differentiated teaching and personalized tutoring, establish a support mechanism for underachievers and a training plan for top students, and promote the all-round development of all students. 3）Organize students to participate in various academic competitions, interdisciplinary practical activities and international exchange programs, broaden students' international horizons, and enhance their comprehensive literacy. 4）Cooperate with homeroom teachers and moral education departments to develop students' good behavior habits and character education, and promote the simultaneous improvement of students' academic ability and moral quality. 4、Home-School Communication&External Cooperation） 1）Regularly organize activities such as open days for parents, parent-teacher meetings and teaching achievement exhibitions to convey the school's teaching philosophy, curriculum settings and students' academic performance to parents. 2）Establish an efficient home-school communication channel, promptly respond to parents' inquiries and suggestions on teaching, and coordinate and resolve differences between home and school in educational concepts and teaching methods. 3）Liaise with higher education authorities to complete the filing, evaluation and inspection work related to teaching, and ensure the compliant and orderly development of teaching work. 4）Expand international educational resources, establish cooperative relations with overseas schools and educational institutions, introduce high-quality teaching resources and exchange programs, and enhance the school's international influence. 5.Administration& Budget Management 1）Develop annual plans and summaries for teaching work in the primary section,coordinate the arrangement of human and material resources related to teaching, and ensure the smooth progress of teaching work. 2) Be responsible for the budget preparation and rational use of teaching funds, focusing on ensuring the capital needs for curriculum development, teaching material procurement,teacher training and teaching equipment renewal. 3) Manage teaching venues, equipment and teaching aids, establish asset accounts,conduct regular maintenance and inventory, and ensure the effective use of teaching resources. 4) Complete other teaching management-related work assigned by the principal, and cooperate with other departments of the school to carry out various activities. Qualifications 1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above. 2.Experience: Professional experience in both private and public schools
