升学指导教师职责 Counselor’s Responsibilities 1. 精心搭建高中四年的升学规划课程体系，负责学生升学咨询工作，为学生和家长提供全面专业的院校及专业信息； develop a four-year senior high school University Counseling program including curriculum, be responsible for students and parents’ college consultation, and provide comprehensive information about colleges and the majors offered. 2. 熟悉IGCSE、A Level、IBDP等课程体系，能够给学生选课和升学所需的学业准备提供指导，协助学术及招生部门工作，提供升学方面的信息，开好家长会，做好教师培训，配合招生宣传活动； Be familiar with IGCSE, a level, IBDP and other curriculum systems, be able to provide guidance for students' course selection, assist the academic and admissions departments, provide information on university application, hold parent meetings, teacher training, and cooperate with marketing department 3. 定期开展学生、家长、班主任、成长导师会议，积极跟进学生各方面情况，为学生树立明确的努力目标和方向； Regularly hold meetings with students, parents, homeroom teachers and tutors to follow up students’ status to help students setting up clear goals and making efforts. 4. 分析学生综合情况，有计划地对学生和家长进行“一对一”升学规划指导和海外院校申请咨询，指导学生制订高中阶段学业规划和留学申请计划，科学选配院校专业，合理有效地进行个性化留学方案的设计； Analyze the comprehensive situation of students, provide students and parents with "one-to-one" college consultation as planned, guide students to formulate academic planning and overseas study application plan, scientifically select college majors, and reasonably and effectively design personalized overseas study plans. 5. 负责统筹和指导学生留学申请的准备工作，并完成留学申请。包括学业进度的督促、留学申请资料的准备，签证申请材料准备等，包括院校专业选择、文书修改、申请表格填写、资料邮寄、录取结果跟踪、留学签证材料、行前准备等； Be responsible for coordinating and guiding the preparation of students' application for studying abroad and completing the applications, including supervision of academic progress, preparation of university application and visa application materials, selection of colleges, document edition, application form filling, data mailing, admission result tracking, prep for departure to overseas etc. 6. 使用CIALFO系统管理学生大学申请的进度，并教会学生和家长如何使用。 Utilize CIALFO and other platforms to both keep students on track and to submit credentials to colleges and universities. 7. 及时获取和更新留学申请相关信息，为学生和家长提供最新留学资讯； Timely obtain and update the information related to study abroad application and provide the latest information to students and parents. 8. 有效的家校沟通，积极听取家长和学生的反馈，不断优化完善服务和专业技能； Effective school-parents communication, actively listen to the feedback of parents and students, and constantly optimize and improve services and professional skills 9. 指导并带领学生参加课外实践、国际游学、公益慈善、国际学术竞赛和科研活动。 Guide and lead students to participate in extracurricular practice, international study tours, public welfare and charity activities, international academic competitions and scientific research activities. 10. 策划组织各类国内外院校的学生交流、论坛、展会等活动。 Plan and organize various domestic and overseas activities of student exchanges, forums, exhibitions, etc. 11. 积极扩大与海外名校招生官的联系，定期组织在校学生、家长与名校招生官的见面活动，并与目标大学进行关系维护 Network with admissions officers to build the reputation of school including hosting visiting admissions officers and introducing them to the school 12. 负责校友联盟的关系维护； Be responsible for the relationship maintenance of alumni alliance 13. 完成部门领导和校长交代的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders and principals
