到岗时间：该职位为储备状态

The post holder is expected to: - Teach from Year 9 to Year 12 (in future as the school grows) including IGCSE, A Level or/and International Baccalaureate Diploma - Teach a standard timetable allocation as designated including some boarding evening supervision - Safeguard and promote the welfare of children - Support the school’s aims and objectives for teaching and learning. Use software (Managebac) for attendance, assessment and reporting, planning and sharing resources with students. - Have excellent academic qualifications and expert subject knowledge - To be capable of delivering dynamic and effective lessons to the full age and ability range of pupils in the school in a friendly and supportive way - Have a sharp and progressive vision of the subject and of teaching and learning in a successful and dynamic school - Play an active role in the extra-curricular life of the Department (ECA etc), contributing to off-timetable workshops, enrichment extension programmes, evening duties, off-site trips (MUN/ DOE etc), open days etc. - Make a positive contribution to the efficient running of the school including setting and marking assessments, marking examinations attending weekly meetings and undertaking other tasks as delegated by the Principal. - Enhance the quality of teaching and learning through sharing resources and good practice, lesson observation, collaborative teaching and active participation in continuing professional development - Be committed to boarding life and willing to engage in a range of extra-curricular activities. As tutors, teachers are responsible for monitoring and enhancing the academic and pastoral welfare of a group of pupils within that House. This involves meeting the pupils regularly both individually and as a group, liaising between teachers and parents.
