工作职责 ：KEY RESULTS AREAENGAGEMENT AND INTERACTION – SCHOOL AMBASSADOR TO INTERNAL COMMUNITYIn fulfilling the requirements of the post, the Director of Middle School will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will:- Manage resources strategically to meet the targets of the school’s improvement plan.- Inspire trust and confidence in students, colleagues and parents as a model practitioner.- Help build strong teams and create the conditions for them to excel.- Share our ‘Be Ambitious’ philosophy and ensure high levels of participation in our collaborative partnerships with Juilliard, MIT, UNICEF and in with our sister schools in China through NAE China Regional Activities. - Take responsibility for the leadership, good management and strategic direction of colleagues.- Manage academic staff, resources and facilities to ensure the very highest outcomes are achieved by our students at Middle School.LEARNING AND TEACHING- Lead the on-going improvement of teaching and learning standards from Middle School.- To lead curriculum development, incorporating collaboration opportunities with NAE initiatives (Juilliard and MIT). - Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in the Middle School through effective quality assurance frameworks.- Set high expectations for pupils’ learning behaviours, establishing and maintaining a good standard of behaviour management throughout the Middle School through positive and productive relationships in accordance with the behaviour and reward policies of the school. - Ensure that all safeguarding needs are met as Designated Safeguarding Lead. 任职要求：PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS- Qualified to degree level or above.- Qualified Teacher status.- Evidence of senior leader training qualifications.- Proven track record with at least ten years of teaching experience and leadership.- Knowledge of assessment and reporting procedures.- Management experience in Secondary Senior Leadership.- Knowledge of Teaching and Learning developments.- Experience of leading teams.- Knowledge of academic monitoring and tracking systems.- Knowledge of Performance Management and Professional Development systems.- An effective communicator with parents, staff and students- Experience of being part of a highly successful department and school
