职位名称：外籍英语教师（线上听说读写） Job Title: Online ESL Teacher (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 负责线上英语听说读写教学，学生主要为国际课程（IB/AP/A-Level/IGCSE）或需要提升英语能力的中国学生。 Teach online English courses covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing to Chinese students, mainly from international curricula (IB/AP/A-Level/IGCSE) or those improving general English. 2. 根据学生水平制定个性化教学计划，使用互动式教学方法。 Develop personalized lesson plans based on students’ levels, using interactive teaching methods. 3. 课后及时填写教学反馈，批改作业并记录学生进度。 Provide timely feedback after class, grade homework, and track student progress. 4. 配合工作室完成试听、测评、阶段性总结等工作。 Cooperate with the studio on trial lessons, assessments, and periodic reviews. 任职要求 / Requirements 1. 英语为母语（美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚等）。 Native English speaker (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.). 2. 本科或以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above. 3. 有 TEFL/TESOL/CELTA 证书者优先。 TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred. 4. 2年以上教学经验，有线上教学经验者优先。 2+ years of teaching experience; online teaching experience preferred. 5. 熟悉国际课程或英语考试（雅思/托福/SAT）者加分。 Familiarity with international curricula or English exams (IELTS/TOEFL/SAT) is a plus. 6. 认真负责，有耐心，能长期稳定合作。 Responsible, patient, and willing to commit to long-term cooperation. 上课流程与支持 / Teaching Process & Support · 授课平台 / Platform：ClassIn 或腾讯会议（可协商） ClassIn or Tencent Meeting (negotiable) · 教学资料 / Materials：由工作室统一提供或协助购买，老师无需自行承担 Provided or purchased by the studio; no cost to the teacher · 课程形式 / Format：一对一或小班线上授课，可录课 One-on-one or small-group online lessons; recording available · 课后工作 / After-class：填写教学反馈、批改作业、记录学生进度 Submit feedback, grade homework, and track student progress · 结算方式 / Payment：按月结算，课时清晰可查 Monthly settlement with clear teaching-hour records
