Key Responsibilities • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects (e.g., English, Math, Science, etc.). • Support classroom management by helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help with their studies. • Assist in preparing teaching materials, including worksheets, presentations, and visual aids. • Supervise students during activities, breaks, and field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being. • Help grade assignments, quizzes, and exams under the guidance of the lead teacher. • Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs. • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions as required. • Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, English, Psychology or a related field. • Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in a second language is a plus. • Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. • Basic understanding of classroom management and teaching methodologies. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using educational technology tools. • Patient, adaptable, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (e.g., tutoring, volunteering). • Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or AP) is an advantage. • Creative and innovative mindset to contribute fresh ideas to the classroom.
