We sincerely welcome passionate and professional foreign educators to join our team and contribute to students’ growth and the high-quality development of our school. 二、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1. 承担高中各年级英语口语、听说、读写及国际课程辅助教学工作，严格按照学校教学计划完成授课任务，保证课堂教学质量。 1. Undertake the teaching of oral English, listening, speaking, reading and writing courses as well as auxiliary international courses for senior high school students of all grades, complete teaching tasks in accordance with the school’s teaching plan and ensure classroom teaching quality. 2. 结合高中生学习特点，设计生动、高效、贴合学情的教学方案，创新课堂模式，激发学生英语学习兴趣，提升学生口语表达、跨文化交流及综合应用能力。 2. Design vivid, efficient and student-oriented teaching plans based on the learning characteristics of senior high school students, innovate classroom teaching modes, stimulate students’ interest in English learning, and improve their oral expression, cross-cultural communication and comprehensive English application abilities. 3. 参与学校英语教研活动、集体备课、教学研讨及公开课展示，配合中方英语教师开展教学协作，共同优化教学体系。 3. Participate in school English teaching and research activities, collective lesson preparation, teaching seminars and open classes, cooperate with Chinese English teachers to jointly optimize the teaching system. 4. 负责校园英语文化建设，协助开展英语角、英语演讲比赛、艺术节、国际文化交流等校园特色活动，营造浓厚的国际化校园氛围。 4. Take charge of campus English cultural construction, and assist in organizing campus activities such as English corners, English speech contests, art festivals and international cultural exchange activities to build a strong international campus atmosphere. 5. 完成学校安排的其他教学相关工作及临时工作任务。 5. Complete other teaching-related and temporary tasks assigned by the school. 三、任职 Requirements 1. 国籍要求 Nationality Requirement：母语为英语，来自美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、爱尔兰等纯英语国家。 1. Native English speakers from pure English-speaking countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. 2. 学历资质 Education & Qualifications：本科及以上学历，持有正规高校毕业证书；具备TEFL、TESOL、CELTA等国际通用英语教学证书，持有外教来华工作许可优先。 2. Bachelor’s degree or above with official graduation certificate; hold internationally recognized English teaching certificates such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA; candidates with valid foreign teacher work permit in China are preferred. 3. 教学经验 Teaching Experience：具备1年及以上中小学或高中英语教学经验，有国际课程、双语教学经验者优先。 3. At least 1 year of English teaching experience in primary or secondary schools; candidates with international curriculum or bilingual teaching experience are preferred. 4. 综合素养 Comprehensive Literacy：发音标准纯正，教学风格生动活泼，熟悉中国高中生学习特点及教学模式；热爱教育事业，责任心强，亲和力佳，遵守中国法律法规及学校规章制度。 4. Standard and authentic English pronunciation with vivid teaching style; familiar with the learning characteristics and teaching mode of Chinese senior high school students; passionate about education, responsible, approachable, and compliant with Chinese laws, regulations and school rules. 5. 其他要求 Other Requirements：无犯罪记录，身体健康，无传染性疾病，可全职在岗、尽快到岗者优先。 5. No criminal record, good physical health with no infectious diseases; full-time available and able to take up the post soon are preferred. 四、薪资福利 Salary & Benefits 1. 优厚薪资待遇 Competitive Salary：年薪18万-30万元人民币，根据学历、资质、教学经验面议，能力优异者薪资可上浮。 1. Annual salary ranges from RMB 180,000 to 300,000, negotiable based on education background, qualifications and teaching experience; higher salary for outstanding candidates. 2. 完善福利体系 Comprehensive Benefits：提供合法工作签证、来华工作许可办理服务；带薪寒暑假、法定节假日、年度带薪年假。 2. Working Location: Campus of our school (specific address can be supplemented as required) 2. 工作作息：遵循高中教学作息，双休、法定节假日正常休息，寒暑假带薪休假。 2.
