岗位职责: 教学与学生学习 | Teaching and Learning 1.优秀教学实践: 作为优秀教育实践者,规划、准备并开展结构良好的课程,适配所有学生的能力,使学生的学习进步最大化 。 Excellent Practice: Be an excellent teaching practitioner in planning, preparing and delivering well-structured lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students to maximize learning progress. 2.语言标准: 保持英语作为通用语言的高标准,支持学生发展流利度、准确性和信心,确保学生取得强劲学术进步 。 Language Standards: Promote high standards in the use of English as the common language, supporting students in developing fluency, accuracy, and confidence to ensure strong academic progress. 3.评估与监测: 依据部门/学院指南,评估、记录并监控所有学生(包括EAL学生)的进步,并在家长会或报告中提供准确信息 。 Assessment & Monitoring: Assess, record and monitor the progress of all students, including EAL learners, in line with guidelines to provide accurate information to parents. 4.资源开发: 开发、维护并共享教学材料和资源,助力所有学生取得优异的学习成果并支持语言习得 。 Resource Development: Develop, maintain and share materials and resources to support both subject learning and language acquisition for outstanding outcomes. 5.反馈与进步: 定期为学生提供高质量、具洞察力的反馈,支持学生明确自身发展领域并快速进步 。 Feedback: Provide high quality, targeted information and feedback to students to help them identify development areas and progress quickly. 6.学习环境: 确保教室是能够激发学生兴趣、促进学习的环境 。 Learning Environment: Make sure that the classroom is a stimulating environment that facilitates learning. 7.学科热情: 培养学生对英语学科的热情,激励所有学生发挥自身潜能 。 Subject Enthusiasm: Generate enthusiasm for English and inspire all students to work to their potential. 8.专业沟通: 与团队、系主任及导师紧密沟通,支持有特殊教育需求或语言需求的学生,并处理学生关怀类困难 。 Professional Liaison: Liaise with the Inclusion Team, Head of Department, and tutors regarding students with additional learning, language, or pastoral needs. 学生行为与家校沟通 | Student Behavior and Home-School Communication 1.行为与关系: 鼓励积极主动的学习方式,倡导高标准行为规范,与学生建立多产且互信的关系 。 Behavior & Relationships: Encourage a proactive approach to study, promote high standards of behavior, and build productive relationships with students based on trust. 2.家庭学习: 布置家庭学习任务,确保任务适配学生的能力、语言水平及整体课业负担 。 Homework: Set homework according to policy, pertinent to the student’s ability, language level and wider workload. 3.家长沟通: 在家长会、学科报告、会议及日常沟通中,向家长提供高质量、准确、有建设性且目标明确的信息 。 Parental Communication: Provide high quality, accurate and constructive information to parents via meetings, reports and communications. 专业协作与问责 | Professional Collaboration and Accountability 1.团队协作: 尊重同事及学校在合作、协作、截止日期与团队凝聚力方面的需求 。 Teamwork: Be respectful of the needs of colleagues and the school regarding cooperation, collegiality, deadlines and team cohesion. 2.政策执行: 积极参与会议,遵守政策,为学校高效有序运营贡献力量 。 Policy Compliance: Participate positively in meetings, follow policies and contribute to the efficient running of the school. 3.专业对话: 促进专业对话,分享教学理念(如EAL支持策略),支持其他教师发展良好实践、新方法及新举措 。 Professional Dialogue: Promote professional dialogue, share ideas, and support others in developing good practice and new initiatives. 4.在职培训: 积极参与并助力学校提供的INSET(在职培训)活动 。 Professional Training: Engage positively in and contribute to INSET activities offered by the school. 5.跨学科与课外活动: 踊跃参与跨学科合作、相关倡议及课外活动 。 Co-curricular Activities: Enthusiastically contribute to cross-curricular links and extracurricular activities. 6.持续发展: 作为持续专业发展的一部分,参与学校内部新倡议 。 Continuous Development: Involve in new initiatives within the school as part of ongoing professional development. 7.动态关注: 主动关注并维持学科知识、学习网络及当前教育研究动态 。 Research & Trends: Maintain subject knowledge, learning networks and keep abreast of current educational research. 8.建设性贡献: 为学校发展提供建设性意见,落实商定的全校政策与倡议 。 Constructive Input: Constructively contribute towards school developments and implement agreed whole-school policies. 9.自我评估: 积极回应并配合学校的自我评估回顾与检查结果 。 Evaluation: Respond positively to the outcomes of the school’s self-evaluation reviews and inspections. 10.榜样作用: 行为举止符合学生榜样要求,维护同事及哈罗的声誉 。 Role Model: Behave as a role model for students and maintain the reputation of colleagues and the school. 11.IT能力: 主动维持并提升自身IT能力,契合数字化学习战略 。 IT Capability: Be proactive in developing IT capability in line with the Digital Learning Strategy. 任职要求: 教师资质: 持有英国PGCE或其他可授予合格教师资格(QTS)者优先考虑 。 熟悉英国国家课程(根据阶段涵盖KS3, IGCSE/GCSE及A Levels等)。 两年及以上教学经验。 了解并跟进所有相关安全保障政策与实践 。 拥有教授非英语母语学生经验,或具备EAL/ESL培训背景者优先 。 尊重学校社群所有成员,不论职位、性别、年龄及种族背景 。 热爱教学,坚定致力于全人教育 。 能以对学习的真诚热情激励学生,引领学生取得出色学术成果 。 具备积极、聚焦问题解决的工作态度,展现耐性与适应力 。 展现同理心与谦逊,真心关怀并愿意倾听学生 。 能提供可接受的个人与专业背景调查,包括无犯罪记录证明(如ICPC)。 承诺遵守学校儿童保护与安全保障政策,无任何不适宜与儿童共事的问题 。 岗位福利: 全额五险一金 丰富的自助午餐 超长带薪假期: 将近10周全薪寒暑假及法定节假日 节日福利: 各种节日福利,用心关怀员工 办公支持: 免费办公电脑、体检等 职业发展: 完善的跨校区培训体系及职业发展体系 工作环境: 多元化的师资团队,国际化的工作环境,扁平化管理
