主要职责/ Key Responsibilities 1、教学实施 / Teaching Delivery 负责小学阶段对应学科的双语教学工作。能够运用中英文进行课程讲授、互动讨论与学习评估,确保学生在掌握学科知识的同时,提升双语思维能力。 Deliver bilingual instruction in the respective subject area for primary grades. Use both Chinese and English for teaching, interactive discussions, and assessment, ensuring students master subject knowledge while developing bilingual cognitive skills. 2、课程融合 / Curriculum Integration 理解并执行我校的融合课程理念,积极探索学科内及跨学科的知识融合,设计并开展贴近学生生活、富有探究性的主题式/项目式学习活动。 Understand and implement the school's integrated curriculum philosophy. Actively explore within-discipline and cross-disciplinary integration, designing and conducting inquiry-based thematic/project-based learning activities relevant to students' lives. 3、学生发展 / Student Development 关注每一位学生的个性成长与全面发展,营造积极、包容、尊重的课堂氛围,培养学生良好的学习习惯、批判性思维与国际视野。 Focus on the holistic development and individual growth of each student. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment, cultivating good learning habits, critical thinking, and a global perspective. 4、协作共建 / Collaboration 积极参与学科组、年级组及融合课程项目组的教研活动,与中外籍教师紧密合作,共同开发、优化教学资源与评估体系。 Actively participate in teaching research activities within subject groups, grade levels, and integrated curriculum projects. Collaborate closely with local and international teachers to develop and enhance teaching resources and assessment systems. 5、沟通交流 / Communication 与学生、家长保持有效、定期的沟通,清晰反馈学生的学习进展与成长表现。 Maintain effective and regular communication with students and parents, providing clear feedback on academic progress and developmental performance. 6、专业成长 / Professional Growth 积极参与学校组织的各类培训、工作坊及教学研究,不断提升自身的双语教学能力与融合课程实践水平。 Actively engage in training sessions, workshops, and teaching research organized by the school, continuously improving bilingual teaching skills and integrated curriculum practices. 任职要求 / Qualifications 1、英语、英语教育、TESOL等相关专业背景。发音纯正,英文表达地道,熟悉第二语言习得理论及教学方法。了解如何将语言学习与其他学科主题相融合。 Background in English, English Education, TESOL or related fields. Accurate pronunciation, authentic English expression, familiar with second language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies. Understand how to integrate language learning with other subject themes. 2、具有小学双语教学经验或融合课程(如IB PYP、探究式课程等)教学经验者优先。 Preference given to those with primary bilingual teaching experience or experience in integrated curricula (e.g., IB PYP, inquiry-based curricula). 3、拥护中国教育方针,师德高尚,热爱教育事业,具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。 Support China's educational policies, possess high professional ethics, a passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit. 4、认同融合教育及双语教学理念,对学生有爱心、耐心和同理心。 Identify with integrated education and bilingual teaching philosophies, demonstrating care, patience, and empathy towards students. 5、具备出色的中文及英文口语与书面表达能力,能流利使用双语进行课堂教学与沟通。 Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of conducting classroom instruction and communication fluently in both languages. 6、本科及以上学历,持有小学或相应学科的教师资格证书。 Bachelor's degree or above, holding a primary school or subject-specific teaching qualification certificate.
