【任职要求】 1. 3年以上出国留学相关工作经验 2. 具备优秀的中英文能力；能流利地使用中文和英文进行书面和口头交流。 3. 熟悉驻升校升学指导工作，熟悉英美加等主流留学国家的升学要求。 4. 快速学习，主动获取资讯信息，触类旁通的能力。 5. 善于并乐于跟学生沟通，能够建立信任并激发学生的积极性。 【岗位职责】 职位：大学升学指导 Job Title:The School College Counselor 直属上司：全校升学指导主任 Line Manager: Chief Supervisor of College Counseling for the Whole School 主要岗位职责: Key Responsibilities: 研究世界各国教育体系，熟悉海外大学申请程序和要求，掌握与海外留学业务相关的各种知识; Researching global education systems and familiarizing with overseas university application processes and requirements; mastering various knowledge related to overseas study affairs; 通过小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组活动、家长会等方式，让学生及家长充分了解各国家的教育状况及海外大学体系，协助选择留学国家和大学。组织大学展、实习和相关课外活动，以增强学生的实际经验和大学准备; Conducting small lectures, one-on-one tutoring, group activities, and parent meetings to acquaint students and parents with the education systems and universities abroad. Organizing university fairs, internships, and related extracurricular activities to enhance students' practical experiences and readiness for university; 通过各种形式了解各学部学生的各方面状况，完成职业规划课程的开发; Understanding the overall situation of students through various methods to complete the development of the career planning courses; 与各学部联动，完成课程的落地与实施，确保升学指导课程及活动的顺利开展； Cooperating with the each section, to implement the course and achieve the goal, and to ensure the smooth development of the college consulting courses and activities; 协助上级进行部门日常管理工作，完成本部门员工的专业培训和带导以及必要时，在上级不在的情况下，行使部门负责人的权利； Assisting the line manager in daily management, to complete the staff professional training and guidance, and exercise the authority as the head of department in the absence of the line manager when necessary; 指导学生完成大学申请文书的写作及申请表的填写，并提供面试和笔试的辅导; Guiding students in writing college application essays and completing application forms, as well as providing coaching for interviews and written tests; 协调校内资源，与各部门及各学科老师沟通，共同协助学生在升学过程中取得成功; Coordinating school resources and communicating with various departments and subject teachers to collaboratively support students in their academic progression; 完成其他上级交办的任务。 To complete the other task with the approval by the line manager.
