岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities): 1. 教学与课程 (Teaching & Curriculum): 根据学校教学大纲及课程要求，负责初/高中生物和化学课程的双语/全英文授课。 Deliver high-quality chemistry and biology lessons in both Chinese and English (or English-only) to middle/high school students, following the school's curriculum standards (e.g., IGCSE, A-Level, AP, IBDP). 认真备课，编写教案，制作教学课件，确保教学内容的准确性与趣味性。 Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and presentations to ensure lessons are engaging, accurate, and well-structured. 指导学生进行科学实验，培养动手能力。 Guide students through experiments to foster practical and analytical skills. 2. 评估与辅导 (Assessment & Tutoring): 布置、批改作业，设计并批改试卷，记录学生成绩，及时反馈学生学习情况。 Assign and grade homework, design and mark tests/exams, maintain accurate records of student performance, and provide timely feedback. 针对学生薄弱环节进行答疑和课外辅导，帮助不同层次的学生取得进步。 Provide extra tutoring and support to students who need additional help, ensuring all students can make academic progress. 参与阅卷、评估和报告撰写工作，客观评价学生的学习成果。 Participate in grading, student assessments, and report writing to objectively evaluate student achievement. 3. 沟通与合作 (Communication & Collaboration): 作为班主任或学科老师，与学生、家长及班主任保持良好的沟通，共同促进学生成长（家校共建）。 Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and homeroom teachers to support student development and well-being. 积极参与教研活动，如集体备课、听评课、教学研讨等。 Actively participate in departmental meetings, lesson planning sessions, and professional development workshops. 配合学校参与招生宣传、开放日或试听课等市场活动。 Support the school in marketing activities such as enrollment campaigns, open days, or demo classes. 4. 自我提升 (Professional Development): 关注国际教育动态及物理学科前沿知识，不断更新教学理念与方法。 Stay updated on the latest trends in international education and physics, continuously improving teaching methods. 任职要求 (Qualifications & Requirements): 1. 学历与专业 (Education & Major): 硕士及以上学历，化学教育或生物教育相关专业毕业。 Master degree or higher in Chemistry , Biology or a related STEM field. (Master’s degree preferred). 有海外留学背景（如英、美、加、澳等国）者优先。 Candidates with overseas study experience (UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) are highly preferred. 2. 语言能力 (Language Ability): 必须具备出色的英语能力，能够熟练使用英语进行全英文或双语授课（如教授IGCSE/A-Level/AP课程）。 Excellent English proficiency required; ability to teach physics in English (both written and spoken) fluently. 3. 教学经验 (Teaching Experience): 具有3年以上国际学校或双语学校化学和生物教学经验，熟悉国际课程体系（如A-Level, AP, IB, IGCSE）者优先。 Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a bilingual/international school setting. Familiarity with international curricula (A-Level, AP, IB, IGCSE) is a must. 有毕业班教学经验，且所教学生成绩优异者优先。 Experience teaching graduating classes with proven track records of student success is a plus. 持有教师资格证（如中国高中物理教师资格证或国外教师资格证，如PGCE/QTS）。 Teaching certification (e.g., Chinese High School Physics Teacher Certificate or international certification like PGCE/QTS) is preferred. 4. 技能与素养 (Skills & Competencies): 双语能力： 能够在中英文之间自由切换. Bilingualism: Ability to seamlessly switch between Chinese and English for instruction and clarification. 教学技巧： 具备互动式教学能力，能够激发学生的学习兴趣，而非传统的“填鸭式”教学。 Pedagogy: Strong ability to engage students through interactive and inquiry-based learning methods. 沟通能力： 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能与外教、中教及家长顺畅交流。 Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with both local and expatriate staff. 责任心： 热爱教育事业，对学生有耐心，工作细致严谨，抗压能力强。 Dedication: Passionate about education, patient with students, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
