1.Providing clear structure and planning for lessons and learning activities that maintain pace, challenge, and engagement. 为课程和学习活动提供清晰的结构和计划，以保持节奏、挑战性和参与度。 2.Making effective use of assessment for learning. 有效地利用评估进行学习。 Making effective use of performance data and key indicators to inform planning and therefore deliver differentiated lessons. 3.有效利用绩效考核数据和关键指标为规划提供信息，从而提供差异化的课程。 Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school’s ‘Behaviour for Learning Policy’ and encouraging good practice regarding punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and homework. 4.根据学校的“行为学习政策”维持纪律，并鼓励良好的守时和行为习惯，工作标准。 Assess how well learning objectives have been achieved and use them to improve specific aspects of teaching and learning. 5.评估学习目标的现实情况，并利用它们来改进教与学的具体方面。 Mark students work frequently and assess and record students' progress systematically and keep records; using performance data to inform planning, student learning and progress. 6.经常给学生的作业打分，系统地评估和记录学生的进步，并保存记录；利用成绩数据为规划、学生学习和进步提供信息。 Undertake assessment of students as requested by examination bodies, department and school procedures. 7.根据考试机构、部门和学校程序的要求，对学生进行评估。 Prepare and present informative reports to parents including by attending and support parent/student events. 8.准备并向家长提交信息丰富的报告，包括参加和支持家长/学生活动。 Take part in subject development by producing, reviewing, and updating curriculum plans and schemes of work. 9.通过制定、审查和更新课程计划和工作方案，参与学科发展。 Cover for absent colleagues as deemed necessary. 10.必要时代替缺席的同事。 Any other duties as assigned by Kindergarten and School Leadership. 11.完成校长交办的其他工作。任职资格 1.Passion for education, teaching, and a belief in the potential of every student 对教育、教学充满热情，相信每个学生都有潜力 2.Excellent inter-personal/communication skills and organisational skills 优秀的人际关系/沟通能力和组织能力 3.Knowledge of current developments in education 了解教育的最新发展 4.Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding 儿童保护和保障知识 5.Experience of working in more than one International School (preferred) 有在一所以上国际学校工作的经验优先 6.Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, deal with challenging situations and be resilient. 能够在压力下工作，解决问题，处理具有挑战性的情况，并具有适应能力。
