岗位职责 Key responsibilities： 1.主导班级的课程学习开展，熟练运用信息技术组织课堂教学，通过多样化的活动丰富学习过程； Lead the class in curriculum learning and effectively use information technology to organize classroom teaching, enriching the learning process through a variety of activities. 2.在授课期间因时制宜分阶段组织测验活动，并进行批改工作，以检验学生接受辅导的成效； Organize test activities according to the teaching stage during class and evaluate the effectiveness of students’ tutoring. 3.参与本学科组教学教研交流，参与跨学科集体备课，为教学研究提供新思路.新方法。 Participate in teaching and research exchanges within the subject group and cross-disciplinary collective preparations, contributing new ideas and methods for teaching research. 4.针对学生情况因材施教，对其进行个性化的课程讲授，并发掘组织多种教学方式，灵活教学。观察和评估每个学生的表现；通过课堂作业.家庭作业和测试等，对每个学生的进步情况进行精确.完整的记录，关注学生的成长;关于学生的情况及需求，定期与学生.其他教师及家长进行必要的信息沟通； Organize various courses and flexible teaching methods according to individual students’ abilities, observe and evaluate the performance of students; comprehensively track students’ progress through classroom assignments, homework and testing. Regularly communicate with parents and other teachers to share necessary information about students’ situations and needs. 5.参与招生活动，协助撰写学校宣传软文和相应的项目宣传工作。 Participate in arranging enrollment activities, writing promotional articles and completing other relevant work for promoting school reputation. 6.与部门其他成员协同合作，支持并配合其他部门的工作； Collaborate with other department members to support and coordinate with their work. 7.积极参与学校各项活动，协助学校共同发展； Actively participate in various school activities for mutual development. 8.完成学校交给的其他职责或工作。 Complete other relevant duties or work assigned by the school. 任职资格 Qualifications: 1.本科或以上学历，语言类相关专业优先，熟悉IB课程体系，有三至五年国际学校任教经验优先考虑; Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably from a science-related major and familiar with IB curriculum system. Candidates with 3-5 years of teaching experience in international schools will be given priority consideration. 2. 欢迎优秀硕士或以上学历应届生投递； Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above are welcomed. 3. 持有相应学科教师资格证及二级乙等或以上等级普通话证书； Holding a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject, and a level of 2B or above Mandarin certificate; 4. 国、粤语标准，英语流利表达，沟通意识、语言表达能力强，具有高度责任心及亲和力; You should be able to speak standard Mandarin, fluent Cantonese and English, with strong communication awareness to express yourself clearly and a sense of responsibility and affinity; 5. 具有良好的职业道德和进取精神，热爱教育行业，擅于与学生和家长沟通，能胜任班主任工作尤佳。 Possess professional ethics and enterprising spirit, passionate with the education industry, and be good at communicating with students and parents. Candidates who are capable of serving as a classroom teacher is highly preferred.
