Job responsibilities: 1.Strictly adhere to Chinese laws, school/department regulations, and government guidelines. 2.Work diligently on teaching under the guidance of the department head, aligned with the international high school department's development strategy and project positioning. Ensure the quality of teaching, student learning outcomes, and enhance students' capabilities. 3.Individually craft a tailored teaching plan that caters to the needs of each student. Utilize diverse teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and enhance classroom engagement; 4.Regularly assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. 5.Effectively communicate with the student and management team, such as class advisors and subject head, to aid them in fostering positive learning habits among students. 6.Actively undertake and complete other tasks assigned by the department, including but not limited to training sessions, cultural exchange events and subject-related extracurricular activities. Job qualifications: 1.Language Requirement: Native English level proficiency, with the ability to conduct classes and daily communication in English. 2.Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above with the corresponding subject or related fields. 3.Certification: Possession of internationally recognized teaching qualifications (e.g., TEFL, PGCE, etc.). 4.Work Experience: At least 2 years of Experience of teaching corresponding courses with reasonable student academic performance. Experience or ability in college entrance guidance is preferred. 5.Professional Competence: Well Understanding of the curriculum system and educational objectives for the international programs. Reaching the leading level percentage with the A-level A* rate, IB 7-Score rate, or AP 5-Score rate in corresponding subject. 6.Technical Skill: Proficient in using educational technology tools. Skilled in conducting online assessment tools. Experienced in utilizing AI tools and integrating them into teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes. 7.Personal Qualities: Passion for education, excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and cross-cultural adaptability. 8.Other Requirements: Clean criminal record, good health, and ability to adapt to working and living in China.
