Key Responsibilities岗位职责: 1.Ensure the teaching quality of the Chinese language program. 确保中⽂项⽬的教学质量 2.Oversee the implementation, planning and development of the curriculum. 统筹课程的落地实施与规划发展 3.Guide and develop the Chinese language teaching team. 指导并培养中⽂教师团队 4.Monitor teaching standards and student learning outcomes. Being responsible for the dynamic adjustment, optimization and implementation of the curriculum system and teaching evaluation system. 监控教学标准与学⽣学习成果，负责课程体系与教学评价体系的动态调整、优化与实施。 5.Supporting on improving the teacher development mechanism, including teacher training, instructional coaching, performance assessment and professional growth. 支持完善教师培养机制，包括教师培训、教研指导、考核评价与专业发展。 6.Collaborate with school management to advance academic planning and program optimization. 与学校管理层协作，推进学术规划及项⽬优化⼯作 7.Coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain effective liaison with partners, school management and relevant departments. 统筹内外部沟通协调，与合作方、学校管理层及各部门保持高效对接。 8.As the overseas academic director of the project, be fully responsible for teaching operations, curriculum development, academic administration, and daily communication and coordination with partner institutions, and accountable for the overall academic outcomes of the project. 作为项目驻外学术负责人，全面负责教学运行、课程体系搭建、教务管理及与合作方的日常沟通协调，对项目整体教学结果负责。 Job Requirements任职要求： 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chinese as a second language teaching, Education, International Educational Administration or related fields. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，国际中文教育、教育学、国际教育管理或相关专业背景。 2.Experience: At least 5 years of teaching and management experience in international schools or cross-cultural education. 工作经验：具备5年以上国际学校或跨文化教育教学管理经验。 3.Professional Skills: Capable of developing and innovating new curricula; familiar with academic administration processes and able to oversee the implementation of academic affairs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing international curriculum systems and teaching operation mechanisms from scratch. 专业能力：具备研发创新新课程的能力，熟悉教务管理相关工作流程，能统筹推进各项教务工作落地。具备从零搭建国际课程体系及教学运行机制的经验优先。 4.Comprehensive Abilities: Familiar with Chinese and Western education systems, with excellent cross-cultural communication and academic administration capabilities.Proficient in academic documentation (lesson plans, transcripts, policy documents) and possess strong team leadership skills. 综合能力：熟悉中西方教育体系，具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力与教务统筹能力。具备良好的学术文档处理能力（如教案、成绩单、政策文件）与团队领导力。 5.Personal Qualities: Passionate about education, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and execution ability. 个人素养：热爱教育事业，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和执行力。 6.Others: Ability to adapt to working and living in Uzbekistan. 其他要求：可适应乌兹别克斯坦工作和生活。
