Job Description of Primary School Teacher Teach English, science, mathematics and， with the prior approval by the line manager, other primary school subjects as necessary; 主要负责小学英语、科学、数学的教学授课，必要时在教务主任的同意下，承担其他科目的教学授课任务； Set up and deliver the teaching schedule according to the School Calendar; 根据学期时间，制定教学计划，安排好教学进度；  Ensure that subjects taught is underpinned by practical work; 根据课堂内容合理布置课后作业，巩固当天所学知识；  Design and continuously improve the courseware; 设计并改进课程课件；  Plan, prepare and review schemes of work and lessons, keeping lesson notes which show continuity and progression; 对教学工作及课程进行计划、准备及定期的回顾，确保课程的有序开展及取得进步； Set appropriately demanding expectations for each student; 对不同的学生制定合适的学习目标及要求； Employ a range of teaching strategies appropriate to the age, ability and attainment level of the students; 针对不同学生的年龄，基础和学业水平，运用不同的教学方式让学生能取得共同的进步； Present lessons using clear language and in a stimulating manner, using a variety of teaching styles as appropriate; 使用清晰有效的教学用语授课，使用丰富适当的教学手段充分调动学生参与度与积极性； Create and maintain a purposeful and orderly environment for the students within your class; 在课堂上营造并维持积极有序的学习氛围； Safeguard student health and safety; 确保班级学生的健康与安全； Organize and deliver after-school and extra-curricular activities; 组织并开展课后和课外活动；                                     Promote the general progress and well-being of any group of pupils assigned to you; 促进所负责学生的身心健康及学生的全面发展；  Participate in further training and professional development, including training which aims to meet needs identified in appraisal objectives or statements; 参加职业再教育及专业技能培训，确保教学水平达到绩效考核的目标或要求； Participate in meetings which relate to the curriculum or the administration or organization of the school, including morning briefings and pastoral arrangements.
