主要岗位职责: Key Responsibilities: 研究世界各国教育体系，熟悉海外大学申请程序和要求，掌握与海外留学业务相关的各种知识。 Researching global education systems and familiarizing with overseas university application processes and requirements; mastering various knowledge related to overseas study affairs. 通过小型讲座、一对一辅导、小组活动、家长会等方式，让学生及家长充分了解各国家的教育状况及海外大学体系，协助选择留学国家和大学。组织大学展、实习和相关课外活动，以增强学生的实际经验和大学准备。 Conducting small lectures, one-on-one tutoring, group activities, and parent meetings to acquaint students and parents with the education systems and universities abroad. Organizing university fairs, internships, and related extracurricular activities to enhance students' practical experiences and readiness for university. 通过各种形式了解班级学生的各方面状况，以便更好地为他们制定海外留学计划。 Understanding the overall situation of students through various methods to better assist them in planning their overseas education. 指导学生完成大学申请文书的写作及申请表的填写，并提供面试和笔试的辅导。 Guiding students in writing college application essays and completing application forms, as well as providing coaching for interviews and written tests. 协调校内资源，与各部门及各学科老师沟通，共同协助学生在升学过程中取得成功。 Coordinating school resources and communicating with various departments and subject teachers to collaboratively support students in their academic progression. 具备出色的双语沟通能力和英文写作能力，能够与海外大学进行有效沟通，同时也能与学生家长进行深入交流。 Possessing excellent bilingual communication skills and English writing ability, capable of effectively communicating with overseas universities and engaging in in-depth conversations with students' parents. 熟悉校内课程，包括IGCSE和A Level课程的设置和要求。 Familiarity with school curricula, including the structure and requirements of IGCSE and A Level courses. 具备快速的学习能力，能够迅速适应和掌握新的知识和技能。 Possessing a rapid learning ability, capable of quickly adapting to and mastering new knowledge and skills.
