  一、设岗单位基本情况
      哈尔滨工业大学材料学院空间环境材料行为及评价技术国防科技重点实验室，包含原金属学教研室和新设空间材料与加工二级学科点（硕士和博士授权点），现有人员16人，包括：教授（均为博士生导师）3人，副教授7人，讲师1人，高工1人及工程师4人。
      实验室的主要研究领域涉及空间环境与航天器相互作用的基础理论与应用技术。目前所承担的主要教学任务包括所在空间材料与加工学科的本科生和研究生培养与课程教学以及全校冷加工和热加工专业的《机械工程材料》与《金属学和热处理》课程教学。
二、主要工作任务和职责
1、教学方面：
l           承担本科生学位课程《金属学和热处理》，36学时/年；
l           承担硕士生学位课程《空间材料学》，36学时/年。
2、科研方面：
l           开展空间环境与航天器交互作用的基础研究
3、其他方面：
l           指导本科学生进行课程设计、毕业设计和创新设计，并协助指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题；
l           承担实验室建设工作。
 三、申请人条件要求：
1、基本条件

l           愿意主动学习业务有关的知识，愿意接受岗位需要的专业培训；

2、教育背景和资格条件
l           年龄不超过35周岁；
l           第一学历为985院校 ；
l           最后学历、学位为985院校研究生学历，博士学位；
3、教学方面要求
l           热爱教学事业，具有很强的沟通与交流能力；
l           熟练使用 MS Powerpoint等教学工具；
l           对于有关空间材料学的课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。
4、科研方面要求
l           具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力；
l           参与过国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目等国家级项目一项以上；
l           博士期间至少发表1篇影响因子>3的SCI论文（第一作者），申请国家发明专利并授权一项以上。
l           有较好的学术报告演讲能力；
5、其他要求
l           第一外语为英语；
l           学习期间担任学生干部者优先；
l           有海外学习经历者优先考虑。

Recruiting unit：National Defense Science and Technology Key Lab for Space Materials Behavior and Evaluation, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT)
1. Basic Situation of the Recruiting Unit
The National Defense Science and Technology Key Lab for Space Materials Behavior and Evaluation at Harbin Institute of Technology consists of two units: the former Metallurgy Faculty, and the newly-developed Space Materials and Processing secondary discipline (doctoral and master programs). There are 16 staffs in this lab, including 3 professors, 7 associate professors, 1 lecturer, 1 senior engineer and 4 engineers. The lab focuses on investigating into the fundamental theories and technologies on interaction of spacecraft materials with space environment. The current main teaching tasks include: (a) the special courses for either the graduate or the undergraduate students of the Space Materials and Processing Discipline, and (b) the open courses of “ Mechanical Engineering Materials” and “Metallurgy and Heat-treatment” for the undergraduate students of the Cold and Hot Processing Disciplines in HIT.
2. Job Description
(1) Teaching
Teach the course of “Metallurgy and Heat-treatment” , 36hours/year
Teach the course of “Space Materials Science” ，36hours/year
 (2) Scientific research
Conduct scientific research on interaction of spacecraft with space environments
(3) Others
Guide undergraduates in their study and research, including course design, graduation design and innovation training. Assist the senior staff of the lab to guide graduate students in the master's degree subjects
Undertake management as well as construction tasks of the lab
3. Requirements
(1) Basic requirements
Possessing of well organization, planning and leadership skills
Being cooperative, widely minded and creative
Be able to and willing to receive training when needed
To keep the professional secrets and obey the national and institutional rules
(2) Educational background and qualification  
Less than 35 years old
The first academic degree from the “985”engineering universities
With a doctor’s degree from the “985” engineering universities
Publicated at least 1 SCI indexed paper with IF > 3 as the first author during Ph.D. study and applied for more than one national invention patents
 (3)  Requirements for teaching
Devoted to teaching, with good communication and expression capabilities
Skillful with MS PowerPoint and other teaching tools
Unique insights and ideas towards space environment effects course construction and reform
(4)  Requirements for scientific research
Have strong capacity in writing and publishing high-level scientific and technological papers in English
Have experience in participating important research projects, such as National Science Foundation of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China
Good quality in presentation of scientific talking
(5)  Other requirements
English as the first foreign language
Priority application for whom holding the national volunteer experience and the student leaderships from undergraduate to doctoral studying periods
Priority application for whom being awarded as provincial level honors
