Position: Assistant, Human Resources Office

Qualifications: Master degree in human resources, management and business area;Good command of both English and Chinese; Good IT skills, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills; Highly organised and methodical; Team-work spirit; Able to work under great pressure; Broad knowledge in relevant law, recruitment channel, HR training & development. Overseas study experience, working experience in HR management area and joint-venture companies is desirable.
Salary: 50,000-60,000 RMB per annum
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To assist staff training programs, as well as team building activities;
• To assist staff recruitment, interview, preparation of hiring documents and new staff induction, some travel will be required;
• To assist post analysis and classification;
• To provide essential supports to staff career development program;
• To provide assistance on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment;
• To assist HR budgeting;
• To maintain HR records;
• To provide assistance with staff benefits package, social insurance, performance appraisal and other HR related issues.

Qualifications: Master Degree of Science or Arts; Good English Communication Skills; Good IT skills including word, excel and access; Excellent organisational skills; Administration experience in a busy office; Able to work under great pressure; No criminal Record; Able to focus on details; Great patience for communication with students and staff; Team work spirit;Willing to learn new skills; Able to work at weekend or holiday occasionally if requested. Master degree of Administration, English, or Computer Science; Experience of working for an education organisation or Academic support experience is desirable.
Salary: 50,000-60,000 RMB per annum
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To contact with relevant departments and implement admission policies, regulations and marketing strategies.
• To make presentations and information sessions, prepare reports and other documentation and advise students, parents and others;
• To answer staff and student queries about some general policy and procedures of the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan or international admission;
• To work as a team member organising files in the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan recruitment;
• To maintain application data processing and checking;
• Attendance at education fairs and exhibitions;
• To maintain professional communication with students and parents;
• To complete general administrative tasks such as translation of documents;
• To cover general office duties including the drafting and word processing of correspondence, reports, sending emails and faxes, photocopying, filing etc.;
• Participate in training and staff development events;
• To be able to work at weekend or on holiday occasionally if requested;
• To adopt a flexible approach to delivering work objectives and assisting other team members as and when appropriate;
• To undertake other relevant projects, to be decided upon from time to time and any other duties assigned by the Director of Admissions Office;
• Any other duties appropriate to the role and level.
