   3.Language school graduates, major in English;
   4.Excellent and demonstrable command of spoken and written English;
   5.The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
   6.Minimum one-year teaching experience;
   7.Customer service experience preferred;
   8.Good personal communication skills;
   9.Excellent personal skills ? maturity, patience, responsibility, and empathy;
  10.Basic office computer skills (excel, word, e-mail...)
