交大密西根学院招聘人力资源助理
岗位职责:协助人力资源主管完成以下工作:
1、招聘和聘用管理
设计规划并执行学院的人员招聘计划;
组织、安排各类教师和行政管理人员的招聘和面试,负责处理聘用各类国内外雇员的有关事宜;
为新员工报到提供指导、帮助和培训;
为各类长短期雇员(尤其母语非中文的外籍员工)提供必要的后勤支持。
2、薪资和福利
依据合同和学院相关政策按时进行所有雇员的薪资和福利发放;
在中国法律和政策框架下,为学院中外籍教职员工设计和提供具有吸引力和竞争
力的薪资福利体系和计划,并定期进行评估;
3、雇员和劳动关系
设计和规范学院人力资源相关政策和操作流程,拟定员工手册及其实施细则,建立健全各类人事规章制度;
与上海交通大学人事处配合开展日常工作;
就员工关系问题、中国劳动法的阐释及学院相关政策和办事程序,为雇员提供指导、培训和支持。
应聘条件:
具有本科或以上学历,人力资源管理相关专业优先;
大学英语六级,中英文口语及书面表达流利;
具备良好的人际沟通和协同工作能力,善于处理员工关系;
善于处理多项任务、有独立决策能力;

Subject: HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
(together with and under the direction of the HR Manager)
1.Recruitment and Employment:
-Develop and execute recruiting and retention strategies focused on attracting
and retaining talented employees.
-Develop and deliver training programs to improve competencies.
-Facilitate and implement the process of locating and encouraging potential ap
plicants to apply for existing or anticipated job openings by abiding to the p
rinciples of transparency, equal opportunity, diversity and non-discrimination
.
-Consult and assist in providing background checks, develop hire offers, compl
ete the required employment contracts and legal residence permit in Shanghai e
nsuring that the Institute attracts and retains a qualified workforce.
-Develop and conduct employee orientation programs.
-Provide logistic support for international employees (non-Chinese speaker).
2.Salary and Benefits:
-Consult with JI management regarding contract administration and application.
-Prepare and review monthly payroll in accordance with processing deadlines.
-Develop and periodically evaluate the Institute’s benefits program and compe
nsation system.
-Under the framework of Chinese law and policy, develop and provide attractive and competitive salary and benefit system and plan for both international and civil employees.
3.Employee and Labor Relations:
-Development and administration of organizational Human Resources policies, practices and work rules.
-Cooperate with HR department of SJTU on employment and daily work.
-Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to management, faculty and staff regarding employee relations issues and explanation of China labor law and the Institute policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in HR related field preferred
-Good English skills in both written and spoken, CET 6 is preferred.
-Good communication skill, good at coordinating and solving relations between the employer and the employee.
