一、设岗单位基本情况：

   该学科组主要承担土木工程与城市防灾减灾及桥梁工程领域的教学、课程设计、研究生培养和科学研究与应用。主要从事“地震工程”、“风工程”、“城市安全与综合防灾减灾”、“结构抗爆与安全防护”、“结构健康监测”、“结构振动控制”、“智能材料与结构”、“高性能混凝土-FRP/钢组合结构体系”、“现代结构试验技术”等领域的研究。

   学科组现有教授5人（包括院士2人、长江学者1人），副教授3人，讲师4人。

二、主要工作任务和职责:

1、教学方面：

• 承担面向本科生/研究生开设的地震工程课程，36学时/年；
• 课程建设，具体为：地震动特征/结构抗震/数值分析方法。

2、科研方面：

• 开展地震工程方向的科学研究，具体为：结构倒塌数值分析方法、地震动特征。

3、其他方面：

• 指导学生，具体为：指导本科生进行毕业设计，协助指导硕士研究生完成硕士课题；
• 参与实验室、教研室管理任务，实验室建设。

三、申请人条件要求：

申请人需要满足或具备如下要求和条件：

1、基本条件

• 品行端正，遵纪守法，严格自律；具有良好的职业道德，组织观念强；
• 具有良好的团队合作精神、思路开阔，能够创造性地解决问题；
• 自觉保守所聘岗位的机密，遵守相关法律法规和学校的有关规定。

2、教育背景和资格条件：

• 最后学历、学位：985工程院校博士；第一学历：985工程院校；
• 在校期间表现突出，系统学习过地震工程方向的课程，成绩优异。精通数值计算、有限元程序开发、Fortran语言编程等方面的专业知识。

3、教学方面要求：

• 熟练使用 MS Powerpoint等教学工具；
• 对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

4、科研方面要求：

• 博士期间独立开发过有限元程序；
• 以第一或第二作者身份发表过2篇及以上SCI期刊文章；
• 至少参与过科研项目1项；能够独立撰写项目报告。

5、其他要求：

• 具备一定的组织、规划和领导能力；
• 可以并愿意在需要的时候接受培训。

Job Description:

  The School of Civil Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology is seeking one motivated candidate with expertise principally in the following areas: numerical methods on collapse of structures, characteristics of ground motions.

(1) Teaching：

(a) Undertake earthquake engineering course for undergraduate and graduate, 36 course hours/year;

(b) Curriculum construction, in details: characteristics of ground motions /seismic design/numerical analysis methods.

(2) Scientific research：

Conduct research on earthquake engineering, in details: numerical methods on collapse of structures, characteristics of ground motions.

(3) Others：

(a) Guide students, in details: guide graduate design for undergraduates, and assist to guide the completion of Master project;

(b) Participate teaching and research management tasks of the laboratory and laboratory construction.

Requirements：

(1) Educational background

(a) Final qualification and degree: a doctor’s degree from 985 engineering universities is required; the first academic degree: in 985 engineering universities;

(b) Applicants should have outstanding performance, learn courses in direction of earthquake engineering systematically and have outstanding marks in the university. Must have expertise with fields of numerical computing, development finite element code and Fortran programming.

(2) Requirements of teaching

(a) Skilled use of MS PowerPoint and other teaching tools;

(b) nique insights and ideas towards course construction and reform.

(3) Requirements of research

(a) Experience of development of finite element code independently during doctor’s career;

(b) Published 2 or more SCI journal papers;

(c) Have experience in participating at least 1 research projects and able to compose project report independently.

(4) Other requirements

(a) Have a certain degree of organization, planning and leadership skills;

(b) Be able to and willing to receive training when needed.
