Job Position Available at UM-SJTU Joint Institute
1. Position: Lecturer of English Language for University Level Courses
Requirements:
Master degree in related field;
Native level of English (native speaker preferred);
Rich university teaching experience preferred;
Responsibilities:
Deliver up to 6 classes per academic year, each class requires four lectures-hours and two office hours per week for 15 weeks;
Prepare and conduct classes; design homework and supervise examinations;
Guide TAs for recitation class and grading; give help to students with difficulty;
Maintain a course website containing all the teaching materials and information
2. Position: Lecturer of Mathematics for University Level Courses
Requirements:
Doctor degree in related field;
Native level of English (native speaker preferred);
Rich university teaching experience in courses like Calculus, Engineering Math, Discrete Math, Probability and Statistics in Engineering preferred;
Responsibilities:
Deliver up to 6 classes per academic year, each class requires four lectures-hours and two office hours per week for 15 weeks;
Prepare and conduct classes; design homework and supervise examinations;
