您将作为一名幼儿园副班教师，您将加入我们的教学团队，在幼儿的关键发展期为其学习提供高质量的课程，重点涉及： 艺术、语言和读写能力、数学、个人社会和体育教育、科学、社会学和 STEAM ，并以超学科的方式进行。我们的课程是为 2-6 岁学生设计的，按国际文凭课程PYP学习目标，遵循中国3-6岁儿童学习和发展指南，采用国际文凭课程PYP课程框架，并参考英国EYFS体系。 您还负责提供学术上的支持，管理和报告学生的学习进度，使学生完成其学习目标，从而成为探究者。同时与其他员工协作，维持有效的工作关系。您将完成并支持主班教师或外籍教师安排的任务。As a Chinese Class Teacher you will join our academic team to deliver high quality classes focusing on early learning milestones and key development stages focusing on the following key areas; Art, Language & Literacy, Maths, PSPE, Science, Social Studies and STEAM all in a transdisciplinary way that aligns to the IB PYP learning goals and objectives for students from 2-6 years old. You will also provide academic services, administering and reporting students’ learning progress, enabling students to reach their personal learning objectives and become inquirers, while coordinating with other staff to maintain effective working relationships. Lastly you will complete and support in tasks as arranged by the Chinese Homeroom teacher or the Expat Class teacher. 【工作职责Key Job Responsibilities】: 1. 协助主班老师，准备课程教授并能担任一些课程Assist homeroom teacher to prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Academic Director； 2. 能观察、支持、评估学生。Assist in observing, supporting, and assessing students； 在社交和情感上支持学生Support the Social and Emotional development of students； 3. 能协助主班老师，在家长会上，与家长进行沟通。Support the homeroom and expat teacher in communicating students’ progress and developing action plans with parents via parent-teacher meetings； 4. 协助开展学术活动，包含公开课、家长讲座、示范课及学校兴趣课等Assist in carrying out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy, open lessons, co-curricular activities and events； 5. 参加教师培训和工作坊。Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for professional development； 6. 能以在场或不在场的形式，代替缺席同事的工作，即使是临时通知。Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice, on or off-site； 7. 参加学校各种活动、如家长会或公开课等Take part in seasonal school activities, shows, parent teacher meetings and Open Houses； 8. 勇于担当并积极主动Take initiative and be an active member of our center, take charge and be proactive. 【任职资格Qualifications】: 1. 幼儿教育的相关学历或文凭Degree/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Equivalency ； 2. 最少有两年的幼儿园工作经验或与0-6岁孩子相关的培训中心工作经验Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a kindergarten or other early learning center with students between the ages of 0-6 years old.； 3. 流利的中英文Fluency in English and Mandarin； 4. 爱孩子，爱教育事业，认同学校文化Enjoy being with kids and passionate about the education and culture industry； 5. 能通过背景调查Able to pass a background check ； 6. 有良好的沟通和管理技能，能进行团队合作A team player with effective communication skill and management skill； 7. 可熟练使用办公软件Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
